Light grey or brown flaky solid. Softening point :60 ℃. It is resorcinol¡¯s pre-dispersion in stearinic acid, which is easier to discrete in sizing material and gives off less smoke than pure resorcinol. It can react with polyoxymethylene, hexamethylenetetramine and adhesive A to produce reactive resin RF, and it also can produce bonding reaction with fabric and rubber. It will become darker when exposed in air, which will not effect its bonding performance.
This product is a kind of component in direct HRH adhesive system. It is good formaldehyde acceptor, which can be used together with formaldehyde donator A, RA. And it is applicable for bonding of many kinds of rubbers and materials.
