Rubber adhesive AS-88 (AB-30) is a kind of polymer formed from chemically nature-changing when using melamine resin as its carrier.
It is white waxy solid and has the double function both as formaldehyde donator and acceptor. This product is HRH system adhesive, which can be directly used to take the place of adhesive A, RE or RS bedding-in system. And it is suitable for many kinds of rubber framework materials.
This product has good bonding effect when added at anaphase or second-stage of rubber milling. According to using conditions, its usual addition quantity is 1.5-3 order, together with cobalt salt and white carbon black. And it is mainly used in rubber¡¯s bonding with nylon, terylene, artificial silk, fabric glass etc.
